作者建立了检测乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)的人血清聚白蛋白(PHSA)受体的ELISA法,受体的检出率为32.02%(65/203)。用本室制备的抗-PHSA包被酶标板,用同样方法对HBV上的受体与循环中的PHSA结合情况作了初探,其结合率为6.5%(6/91)。PHSA在循环中的检出率为7.8%(13/165),初探结果说明HBV与血循环中的PHSA很少呈结合状态,PHSA可能主要与肝细胞膜上相类似的受体结合以此作为“桥梁”介导HBV吸附到肝细胞膜以启动感染。此外,作者还对该受体的其他特性作了探讨。
The authors established an ELISA for the detection of human serum albumin (PHSA) receptor of Hepatitis B virus (HBV). The detection rate of the receptor was 32.02% (65/203). Using the anti-PHSA coated ELISA plates prepared in our laboratory, the binding of HBV receptors to circulating PHSA was investigated in the same manner with a binding rate of 6.5% (6/91). The detection rate of PHSA in the circulation was 7.8% (13/165). Preliminary results showed that HBV and circulating PHSA seldom showed the binding state. PHSA may mainly bind to similar receptors on the liver cell membrane as a “bridge ”Mediates the adsorption of HBV to the liver cell membrane to start the infection. In addition, the authors also explored other characteristics of this receptor.
