In order to determine if serum prolactin (PRL) levels increase after exposure, we prospectively measured serum PRL levels in patients with syncope with a tilt-up tilt of the passive head. Methods For this study, all patients had a history of syncope or syncope or both in the upright position without any history of seizures.
