近年来,无责涉警信访日益增多,严重影响了警民关系的和谐。执法透明度不足、执法告知不充分、执法说理不到位、执法制度不完善等是导致无责涉警信访增多的主要原因。解决这一问题,应当采取积极有效措施,如积极推动执法公开、全面推广执法告知、大力推行执法说理、加快推进制度建设,切实消减无责涉警信访,促进和谐警民关系建设。
In recent years, there has been an increase in the number of unwarranted police letters and visits, which has seriously affected the harmony between the police and the people. Insufficient transparency in law enforcement, insufficient enforcement of law enforcement, inadequate enforcement of law enforcement and imperfect law enforcement systems are the major reasons for the increase in non-repudiating police letters and visits.
