近几年来,襄樊市的经济发展速度和经济总量名列全省前茅,连续5年被省政府授予综合经济效益先进地市称号。今年元至二月,全市县属以上工业产值、销售收入分别比上年同期增长40.05％和32.97％。通过实践,我们感到抓好“三改一管”系统工程,是提高经济增长质量和效益的重要一环。
