乳母的营养状况对乳汁成分及对婴儿发育的影响仍是儿童营养领域的重要课题,乳母营养素摄入量影响奶量,奶量不足,乳母的蛋白质、脂肪及热能摄入均较低,在农村乳母有很显著的意义;乳母营养与乳汁质有关。但也有不一致的报告。以上均为大城市郊区及市区的资料。广西是个少数民族地区,农村乳母的营养状况如何,报道尚少。此次调查的目的在于了解广西农村乳母的营养素摄入情况,为乳母及罂儿的营养保健提供参考意见。
