胜任力模型近来被广泛运用于现代企业管理,而高职院校作为未来的企业员工培养基地,如果能基于胜任素质特质对学生进行教育培训,以“文化课为专业课服务”为基本思路进行课程开发,则会激发学生对文化课学习的兴趣,并且为专业学习提供有力的支撑,使他们在未来各自的岗位上发挥胜任优势,成为高绩效员工。本文基此以高职语文课程开发为例,提出一些设想。
Competency model has recently been widely used in modern enterprise management, and vocational colleges as a future enterprise staff training base, if we can carry out the education and training of students based on competency characteristics, “cultural courses for professional services ” as the basic idea Curriculum development will stimulate students’ interest in cultural studies and provide strong support for professional study so that they can play their respective roles in the future and become high-performing employees. Based on the development of Chinese course in higher vocational education, this article proposes some ideas.
