[法国《欧洲林业杂志》1980年第113期报道]法国的薪炭材只能解决年燃料消耗的2—3％。森林永远不能代替石油。但在当前石油短缺的情况下,薪炭材可以弥补部分能源不足,目前,法国发展薪炭林的措施有:①对无利用价值的矮林进行皆伐,然后采用适应立地条件的树种进行造林,密度不应太大,每公顷以200—400株为宜,10—15年后即可间伐生产薪炭材;②选育优良树种的苗木对次生矮林进行补植;③用实生苗培育有发展前途的矮
