本文针对《逸周书》旧校旧注中存在的若干问题 ,提出自己的看法。《命训解》“旷命以诫其上” ,“诫”当是“试”的假借字 ,是专擅、自行其是的意思。《大武解》“政以和时” ,“和”当是“私”字之误 ,“以私”二字又误倒。“私”与“时”是一对反义词 ,“时”有善的意思 ,“私”有奸邪的意思。《铨法解》“是谓好害” ,“好”当释为由贪欲、喜好而招致 (害、祸等 )的意思。《周祝解》“故时之还也无私貌” ,“貌”当是“邈”的假借字 ,训为乖离、偏离 ,指季节往返的失时。《大武解》“冬冻其葆” ,“葆”当依孔注作葆聚、闭藏解 ,在此是使动用法 ,意谓使敌人之蔽藏之物受冻。
