管理理论、管理方法、管理实践之间的脱节与矛盾远未解决。如何促进三者之间或者是多者之间的平衡与发展,真正让中国企业拥有属于自己的管理理论、管理方法和管理实践才是当务之急。此外,国外咨询协会和咨询机构纷纷进入中国,是交融、是促进,也是对中国管理各阶层的集体挑战。无论是“中国式管理”还是“中国特色的管理咨询”的创立,都需要更多有实质意义的多方互动与创新,当然联盟已成为大家共同的选项。
Management theory, management methods, management practices out of touch with the conflict is far from resolved. How to promote the balance between the three or more and the development of the real Chinese companies have their own management theory, management methods and management practices is the top priority. In addition, foreign consultative associations and consulting agencies have entered China one after another. They are blending, promoting, and collectively challenging all walks of life in China’s management. Whether it is “Chinese-style management” or “management consultation with Chinese characteristics,” we need more substantive interactions and innovations. Of course, the alliance has become a common option for all.
