以广西2种野韭菜与3种常规栽培韭菜品种为试材,通过对叶片相关的营养成分测定,研究比较了其营养成分差异,并利用隶属函数值法进行了营养品质的综合评价。结果表明:供试的2个野韭菜品种的综合营养品质优于其它3个常规栽培韭菜品种,5种韭菜品种营养品质排序依次为:大明山野韭菜>金秀野韭菜>“韭宝F1”>“广西农家种”>“野韭宝F1”。
Two Chinese wild leeks and three kinds of Chinese cabbage cultivars were used as materials to study the nutritional components of the two cultivars in Guangxi. The nutritional components of the two Chinese cabbage cultivars were compared and evaluated. The membership function method was used to evaluate the nutritional quality. The results showed that the comprehensive nutritional qualities of the two Chinese leek cultivars were better than those of the other three cultivated Chinese leek cultivars. The nutritional quality of the five Chinese leek cultivars was ranked as follows: Damingshan wild leek> Jinxiu wild leek> “>” Guangxi farming family “>” Wild leek F1 ".
