医学专科生的可持续发展需要一定的外部环境支撑,包括社会环境、职业环境、教育环境等。根据2014年和2015年国务院关于发展现代职业教育以及促进健康服务业发展的重要文件,探讨了培育有利于医学专科生可持续发展的社会环境和职业环境的策略,并从建立科学的教育教学评价机制、回归教学应有的本真环境等角度探讨了培育医学专科生可持续发展的教育环境。
The sustainable development of medical students requires a certain external environment support, including social environment, occupational environment, education environment. According to the State Council’s 2014 and 2015 Important Documents on Developing Modern Vocational Education and Promoting the Development of Health Services, the strategies for nurturing the social environment and professional environment conducive to the sustainable development of medical students are discussed. From the establishment of a scientific education and teaching evaluation Mechanism, return to the teaching should be the true environment should be discussed to cultivate the medical undergraduate sustainable development of the educational environment.
