在素质教育不断推进的今天,初中体育工作也进入了新的发展时期,各种新的教育教学理念不断得到推广,现代教学手段得以运用,教育教学效率有了一定程度的提高。在取得显著成绩的同时,我们也要看到,在当前的教育环境下,初中体育教学工作也面临着一些困境,例如部分学校重视程度不足、师生观念存在差异、教学方式陈旧落后等,需要引起足够的重视,本文主要对目前许多学校不同程度存在的问题进行分析。
With the continuous promotion of quality education, the junior middle school sports work has entered a new period of development. Various new concepts of education and teaching have been continuously promoted. Modern teaching methods have been used and the efficiency of education and teaching has been somewhat improved. While making remarkable achievements, we must also see that in the current educational environment, there are also some difficulties in teaching physical education in junior high schools. Some schools, for example, lack emphasis on teachers’ attitudes, differences in the concept of teachers and students, outdated teaching methods, etc. Aroused enough attention, this paper mainly analyzes the existing problems of different degrees in many schools at present.
