患儿女,13岁,因全身浮肿5～6天于1992年8月18日收住我院儿科。病程中无咽痛、发热,无肌肉关节疼痛史。体检:体温、脉博、呼吸、血压均正常,体重40kg。神志清楚,全身皮肤粘膜无黄染,无出血点及皮疹,浅表淋巴结不肿大,颜面部明显浮肿,咽稍红,扁桃腺不肿大,心肺无异常,腹部移动性浊音(+),肝脾未触及,脊柱四肢无畸形,关节无红肿,双下肢虽凹陷性浮肿,神经系统正常。实验室检查:血常规正常,血沉20mm/h。尿常
