财务共享服务模式已经在国内外很多大型企业实施应用,从实践来看,该模式在降低企业成本,提高管理效率,提升企业竞争力等方面发挥了积极作用。本文对道路客运企业实施财务共享服务模式进行了探讨。
The financial sharing service model has been applied in many large enterprises at home and abroad. From a practical point of view, this model has played an active role in reducing the enterprise cost, improving the management efficiency and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. This paper discusses the implementation of financial sharing service mode for road passenger transport enterprises.
