目的了解长江下游洲岛滩涂湿地蓄水养殖灭螺项目效果和效益。方法选择长江下游丹徒段洲岛型血吸虫病流行区滩涂湿地实施蓄水养殖灭螺,常规法监测调查项目实施前后钉螺孳生情况,以评估项目控制和消除钉螺效果。同时采用静态效益-费用比率法对其中2个蓄水养殖灭螺项目进行费用-效益分析。结果长江下游丹徒段洲岛型流行区滩涂湿地的7个蓄水养殖项目实施后第1年即全部消除了钉螺;项目实施后平均每个项目每年节约查灭螺费用6.92万元;南号10组滩和五套6~14滩蓄水养殖项目年净效益分别为203.94万元和95.5万元,年净效益费用比分别为1.09∶1和1.07∶1。结论在长江下游洲岛型血吸虫病流行区滩涂湿地开展蓄水养殖灭螺可快速消除钉螺孳生,且经济效益明显,但需综合考虑湿地生态保护和长江防洪安全等因素。
Objective To understand the effects and benefits of snail-killing project of aquaculture aquaculture in Chau Island wetland of the lower reaches of the Yangtze River. Methods The dam wetlands in the wetland of the Doushu Island in the Dantu section of the lower reaches of the Yangtze River were selected to carry out aquiculture and molluscicide. The snail breeding status before and after the survey was monitored by the routine method to evaluate the project control and eliminate the snail. At the same time, static-benefit-cost ratio method was used to conduct cost-benefit analysis on two of the two aquaculture snail-killing projects. Results In the first year after implementation of the seven aqueduct projects in the wetland of the Dantu Island in the Lower Reaches of Dantu in the Yangtze River, all snails were eliminated in the first year after implementation. On average, each project saved 69,200 yuan The annual net benefits of 10 sets of beach and five sets of 6 ~ 14 beach aqueduct were respectively 2.0394 million yuan and 955000 yuan, the annual net benefit cost ratio was 1.09:1 and 1.07:1 respectively. Conclusions The snail breeding in the tidal flat wetlands in the wetland of the islet of the island in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River can quickly eliminate the snail breeding, and the economic benefits are obvious. However, the wetland ecological protection and the flood control safety should be taken into account synthetically.
