随着近几年金融危机的蔓延,IT市场逐渐萎靡,企业间竞争愈加惨烈,对项目管理单位来说,项目管理难度也越来越大,如何利用高新技术提高IT项目管理中对时间、成本及质量的控制,克服因我国地域辽阔,信息化程度不均衡等不利因素,成为IT企业一直探索的道路。本文以移动办公为手段,浅析了其在IT项目中时间管理、成本管理、质量管理三方面的应用方式以及在IT项目中的作用。希望以此帮助IT企业在进行项目管理时,能够提升项目管理效率,提高自身的竞争能力。
