Dongyuan district of Wangyuan in Beijing has adopted the thermal insulation and wall reform practices of three kinds of residential systems. This paper focuses on the advantages of multi-layer residential system of hollow concrete blocks with load-bearing concrete, the determination of block specifications, the principle of structural design, the detailed structure and so on .
