石油天然气钻井作业是一项非常庞大、复杂的工程,钻井规模大,投资多,风险也非常大。尤其是在我国加入世贸组织以及油气企业重组改制后,石油钻井企业也开始加入到资本市场化运作的体制中来,改变了钻井企业的经营方式与经济效益。怎样保持市场竞争中的优势地位,怎样实现可持续发展和低成本战略的目标,是钻井企业面临的亟待处理好的问题,这也是对钻井作业进行初步管理探析的重要意义之所在。本文针对目前国内钻井作业成本控制与管理现状,发现和提出问题,并提出了相应的应对措施。
Oil and gas drilling operations are a very large and complex project. With large-scale drilling, more investment and a great risk. Especially after China’s accession to the WTO and the restructuring of oil and gas enterprises, oil drilling companies have also started to join the system of capital market operation, changing the operation mode and economic benefits of drilling enterprises. How to maintain the dominant position in the market competition and how to achieve the goal of sustainable development and low cost strategy are the problems to be solved urgently by the drilling enterprises. This is also the significance of the preliminary management of drilling operations. In this paper, according to the current status of drilling operation cost control and management in our country, we found and proposed the problems and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
