矿业融资是指矿业企业在矿产资源勘查、矿石开采与加工过程中的资金筹集和资金使用行为。私募股权融资作为不同于公募股权融资的新模式,是金融市场演化和创新的结果。目前,国内矿业私募股权基金在组织形式、投资策略,激励机制等方面还处于探索阶段。但随着国家“走出去”资源战略的深化,越来越多的私募股权基金投资于矿业领域。
Mining financing refers to the mining enterprises in the exploration of mineral resources, ore mining and processing of funds raised and the use of funds. As a new model different from the financing of public equity, private equity financing is the result of financial market evolution and innovation. At present, domestic mining private equity funds are still at the exploratory stage in terms of organizational form, investment strategy and incentive mechanism. However, with the deepening of the national “going out” resource strategy, more and more private equity funds have invested in the mining field.
