研究了Al-RE合金的高温性能,用扫描电镜、电子探针对该合金的断口形貌和相成分进行了分析。结果表明,该合金在350~400℃的高温下仍具有优越的力学性能,比一般耐热铝合金的耐热温度提高50℃。这主要是因为合金中形成了多种高温稳定的稀土化合物相,这些化合物相呈放射状分布在晶界和枝晶间,可有效地阻碍高温下晶界的滑移。
The high temperature performance of Al-RE alloy was studied. The fracture morphology and phase composition of the alloy were analyzed by SEM and E-probe. The results show that the alloy has excellent mechanical properties at 350-400 ℃, which is 50 ℃ higher than the heat resistant temperature of common heat resistant aluminum alloy. This is mainly due to the formation of a variety of high-temperature stable rare-earth compound phase alloy, these compounds were radially distributed between the grain boundary and dendrite, which can effectively hinder the sliding of the grain boundary under high temperature.
