妇产科的专科特点是病情变化快,如不及时处理,可危及母子两人的生命。随着“二孩”政策和社会整体生活水平的不断提高,人们对自身保健及健康的需求日益增加,产科服务能力不足和社会日益增长的健康需求矛盾突现出来。为了解目前某区产科人力资源与服务情况,以便对各接产机构的产科服务能力与潜力做出客观评价,为卫生行政部门制定缓解产科医疗服务供需矛盾的决策提供依据,本文对全区产科人力资源及其服务情况进行了全面现况调查与分析。

With the policy of “two children” and the continuous improvement of the overall living standard of the community, people increasingly demand their own health care and health. The contradiction between lack of obstetric services and the growing health needs of society emerges. In order to understand the present obstetrics human resources and services in a certain area so as to make an objective appraisal on the obstetric service capabilities and potentials of the occupational institutions and provide the basis for the health administrative departments to make decisions on alleviating the contradiction between the supply and demand of obstetric medical services, Human resources and their services conducted a comprehensive status survey and analysis.
