在小学阶段的比赛和游戏中,运用最多的起跑方式就是站立式起跑。在教学中,笔者发现学习站立式起跑时,由于学生理解能力不强、身体不协调且教师讲解时用的专业术语比较多,导致有部分学生理解不充分。起跑时,学生们经常会出现踩线犯规、起跑动作不标准、同手同脚等问题。对此,基于“游戏是学生的天性”这一认识,笔者将游戏和站立式起跑结合起来,分成四个小游戏来学习站立式起跑动作,取得了良好的效果。一、踩线玩游戏规则:在有线的场地内(如,篮球场、排球场、足球场或跑道等),学生们进行
In the primary stage of the game and games, the most used starting method is standing-up start.
