本文运用HP法对1978年～2003年中国的国内生产总值进行了实证分析,得出1999年中国并未进入新一轮经济周期的结论,并分析了新经济周期难以启动的原因。
This paper uses HP method to make an empirical analysis of China’s GDP from 1978 to 2003 and concludes that China did not enter a new round of economic cycle in 1999 and analyzes the reasons why the new economic cycle is difficult to start.
