会计成本管理作为企业管理工作的重要构成部分,也是对企业经济效益影响较大的一个重要因素。只有对企业实施严格的会计成本管理,以此严格管理企业的各项成本,企业的经济效益才能得到保证,而这也是提升企业竞争力的重要前提。基于此,本文对会计成本管理存在的问题进行了分析,并探讨了从会计成本管理角度提高企业经济效益的有效策略,以期为会计成本管理工作的开展提供参考。
Accounting cost management as an important part of business management, but also a greater impact on the economic efficiency of enterprises is an important factor. Only by implementing stringent accounting cost management on enterprises and strictly controlling the costs of enterprises can the economic benefits of enterprises be guaranteed, and this is also an important prerequisite for enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. Based on this, this paper analyzes the existing problems of accounting cost management, and discusses the effective strategies to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises from the perspective of accounting cost management in order to provide reference for the implementation of accounting cost management.
