新型农村合作医疗制度虽然已取得了举世瞩目的成效,但在试点期间有许多问题已经显现出料,其可持续发展已经收到挑战,由此提出了新型农村合作医疗制度可持续发展问题。我国合作医疗制度发展60多年,经历了萌芽、探索发展、兴盛、衰落以及恢复与重建的历史,对各阶段的研究,有助于我们总结经验,吸取教训,从而对农村合作医疗制度的可持续发展有更全面的理解和把握。
Although the new rural cooperative medical system has achieved remarkable results worldwide, many problems have been revealed during the pilot period and its sustainable development has been challenged.
