邯郸马头发电总厂和邯郸热电厂现装机容量115万KW,年排灰总量112万吨,全部为湿排灰。合理解决粉煤灰的出路是邯郸市面临的紧迫任务。近年来,我们应用湿排灰于房心回填试验和施工,并将初步试验结果,作了报导(见本刊1992年第2期45~46页)。其后,我们在前一工程(某家属楼)房心回填试验基础上,于1992年8月又选定一工厂的材料库进行回填试验。此工程,网柱6×6cm,单间房心面积18×18cm,回填深度2.0m,回填操作,每层虚铺30cm,洒水,夯3—5遍,夯实干容重为750kg/m~3。现将试验结果作一介绍。
The total installed capacity of the Hummer Hair and Power Plants is 1.15 million KW, and the total annual ash emission is 1.12 million tons, all of which are wet ash. Reasonably solving the problem of fly ash is an urgent task facing Handan City. In recent years, we applied wet ash in the backfilling test and construction of the atrial heart, and reported the results of preliminary tests (see the 2nd issue of 1992, 45-46). Later, on the basis of the backfilling test of the previous project (a certain family property building), we also selected a factory material bank for backfilling test in August 1992. In this project, net column 6 × 6cm, single room heart area 18 × 18cm, backfill depth of 2.0m, backfill operation, each layer virtual shop 30cm, sprinkle water, 夯 3-5 times, compaction dry bulk density of 750kg/m ~ 3. The test results will now be introduced.
