采用一次加料法合成了含氢聚甲基硅氧烷 /丙烯酸丁酯 /羟甲基丙烯酰胺复合乳液 ,探讨了PHMS,引发剂用量和反应温度对反应速率、聚合稳定性、乳液粒径和成膜性的影响 ,得到了该反应的表观活化能 Ea=1 32 .77k J/mol及 Rp∝ [PHMS]- 1 .39[APS]0 .83,所得乳液具有优良的性能。
Hydrogenated polymethylsiloxane / butyl acrylate / methylol acrylamide composite emulsion was synthesized by one-shot addition method. The effects of PHMS, initiator dosage and reaction temperature on the reaction rate, polymerization stability, The apparent activation energy Ea = 1 32.77k J / mol and Rpα [PHMS] -1.39 [APS] 0.83 were obtained. The obtained emulsion has excellent properties.
