看了上期宋恩来同志所写《大坝观测必须注意的几个问题》一文,几个问题的论证,我认为非常重要,有同感。一、对初次蓄水期的观测问题补充三点: 1.应该分清建坝年代与坝的重要性。我国五十年代初新建的大坝在初期蓄水时,无观测设备,随着年代的增加与对观测工作重要性的认识,这一问题已基本上解决;另外坝的重要性愈大,各方面人员对初期蓄水都非常重视,否则相反。
