目的:观察补肾调周疗法结合强的松治疗免疫性不孕症的临床疗效。方法:把102例免疫性不孕患者随机分3组,中药组34例,采用中药补肾调周疗法,西药组33例,服用强的松,观察组35例,采用中药补肾调周疗法和强的松。结果:总体疗效方面,观察组明显好于中药组和西药组(P<0.01);妊娠率方面,观察组与中药组、西药组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);AsAb滴度下降方面,3组均匀明显下降(P<0.01),观察组与中药组、西药组比较,下降程度更为明显,有统计学意义(P<0.01);中药组与西药组比较,总体疗效方面、妊娠率、AsAb滴度下降方面差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:补肾调周疗法结合强的松治疗免疫性不孕症的临床疗效优于单纯中药和单纯西药,是治疗免疫性不孕的有效治疗方法。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of tonifying kidney tonifying therapy and prednisone in treating immune infertility. Conclusion: Bushenzhengwei combined with prednisone in the treatment of immune infertility clinical efficacy is better than simple Chinese medicine and Western medicine, is an effective treatment of immune infertility treatment.
