我厂在加工4L20型气体压缩机机身时,因为机身滑道孔是月牙形圆弧面(图1),几何形状比较复杂,精度要求也比较高,给机械加工带来很大困难。我们设计制造了滚动珩磨头,在镗床上磨削加工,光洁度由5提高到7,使用效果较好。一、结构滚动珩磨头结构如图2,主要由磨头体1、珩磨杆5,砂轮架8和砂轮9等组成。通过调节螺钉11可以调整砂轮的径向伸缩。如磨削孔φ180时,砂轮径向尺寸可调整在φ181左右。将滚动珩磨头安装在镗床主轴上,由主轴带动滚动珩磨头旋转,并和工
