通过比较社区卫生机构不同岗位工作人员对自身工作的评价发现,在新的社区卫生服务改革环境下,社区卫生关键岗位的组织协调工作量增加、开展工作的难度增大、需要更多创新性,医生的工作风险降低,但护理人员的工作风险增大。针对上述问题,提出在选拔和培训社区卫生机构员工时注意交流技能、建立相对灵活的工作机制、提高护理人员的全科技能、提高薪酬标准等建议。
By comparing the evaluation of their own work by staff in different positions in community health institutions, it is found that in the new community health service reform environment, the workload of organization and coordination of key positions in community health is increasing, the difficulty in carrying out work is increased, and more innovation is needed. The doctor’s job risk is reduced, but nursing staff’s job risk increases. In view of the above problems, some suggestions are put forward, such as paying attention to the exchange of skills, establishing a relatively flexible working mechanism, improving the nursing skills of general practitioners and raising the salary standards when selecting and training community health workers.
