2月4日,上影故事片《城南旧事》在菲律宾第二届马尼拉国际电影节上被评为最佳影片,获“金鹰奖”。5月,文化部颁布了电影技术的五项国家标准。这是中国电影实施的第一个国家技术标准。
On February 4, the Shanghai movie “Old City South” was named the best film at the 2nd Manila International Film Festival in the Philippines and won the Golden Eagle Award. In May, the Ministry of Culture promulgated five national standards for film technology. This is the first national technical standard for the implementation of Chinese films.
