近年来,我国中小企业在加快经济发展,提高经济效率,提高就业率等方面发挥着重要的作用。但随着我国社会市场经济竞争变得愈发激烈,一些中小企业在发展过程中遇到了如财务管理不健全、缺乏战略思想、定位不准等问题,而这也成为了阻碍这些中小企业全面长期发展的大难题。如何制定一套适合我国国情的并能在企业管理中实现可持续发展的方案是企业目前需要着重研究的。本文从分析我国中小企业实施企业战略管理的现状、存在的问题入手,对我国中小企业发展战略管理中存在的问题展开分析,并提出解决这些问题的对策方法。
In recent years, SMEs in our country play an important role in accelerating economic development, improving economic efficiency and raising employment rate. However, with the increasingly competitive social market economy in our country, some SMEs have encountered such problems as unsound financial management, lack of strategic thinking and positioning in the development process, which has also hindered the long-term The big problem of development. How to formulate a suit of China’s national conditions and can achieve sustainable development in enterprise management is that enterprises need to focus on the current study. This article analyzes the status quo and existing problems of implementing SMEs’ strategic management in our country, analyzes the existing problems in the strategic management of the development of SMEs in our country and puts forward countermeasures to solve these problems.
