本文研究在ZSM-5沸石合成中,变温晶化、恒温晶化、导向剂的加入、水钠摩尔比、硅铝比、NaCl的加入和搅拌等因素,对ZSM-5沸石晶粒大小的影响。发现要调变ZSM-5沸石的晶粒度,可采用以下的方法:1.先高温后低温的变温晶化以及改变高温阶段的时间;2.先低温后高温的变温晶化以及使用不同的低温;3.恒温晶化时采用不同的温度;4.改变导向剂加入量、水钠比、硅铝比、NaCl加入量和搅拌转速。
In this paper, ZSM-5 zeolite in the synthesis of variable temperature crystallization, crystallization temperature, the addition of directing agent, water and sodium molar ratio, silica-alumina ratio, NaCl addition and stirring and other factors on the grain size of ZSM-5 zeolite . It is found that to adjust the grain size of ZSM-5 zeolite, the following methods can be used: 1. Low temperature and high temperature after temperature crystallization and the use of different Low temperature; (3) constant temperature crystallization using different temperatures; 4. change the amount of guide agent, water sodium ratio, silica-alumina ratio, NaCl addition and stirring speed.
