本文首次从理论上导出了能反映各机理性参数和磨削过程中切屑形成能、耕犁能、滑擦能的综合影响的计算磨削区平均温度的理论公式,通过试验实测的磨削温度与理论计算值十分吻合;并进行了砂轮磨削和砂带磨削温度对比试验,磨削用量对砂带磨削温度的影响规律以及砂带磨损对磨削温度的影响等大量试验研究,得出了一些重要结论。
