在18-8不锈钢上激光熔覆制备了纳米α-Al2O3+Ni基合金复合涂层;考察了纳米Al2O3含量对Ni基合金熔覆层的组织、硬度及干滑动摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明,Ni基合金中添加适量的纳米颗粒可使激光涂层的硬度增加,耐干滑动摩擦磨损的抗力提高,其中以较少纳米Al2O3添加量(1wt%)的涂层硬度和耐磨性的改善较为明显。
The nano-α-Al2O3 + Ni-based alloy composite coatings were prepared by laser cladding on 18-8 stainless steel. The effects of nano-Al2O3 content on the microstructure, hardness and dry sliding friction and wear properties of the Ni-based alloy coatings were investigated. The results show that adding appropriate amount of nano-particles to the Ni-based alloy can increase the hardness of the laser coating and improve the resistance to dry sliding friction and wear. The coating hardness and wear resistance of the Ni-based alloy with less nano-Al2O3 (1wt%) The improvement is more obvious.
