目的调查广州地区成年女性血清免疫球蛋白水平和抗EB病毒VCA/EBNA1 IgA和IgG抗体的年龄分布及其相互关系。方法收集广州市309例常规体检的健康女性血清样本,分别采用比浊法和ELISA检测血清免疫球蛋白水平、抗EB病毒VCA/EBNA1 IgA和IgG抗体水平。结果广州地区成年女性抗EB病毒VCA-IgA、抗VCA-IgG及抗EBNA1-IgA、抗EBNA1-IgG的阳性率分别为14.6%、92.2%、3.2%、99.7%。抗VCA-IgA阳性率与年龄呈正相关(r=0.163,P=0.004);抗EBNA1-IgG OD值与年龄呈负相关(r=-0.178,P=0.020)。各抗体水平间的相关性分析显示,抗EBNA1-IgA与血清总IgG水平之间呈负相关(r=-0.154,P=0.008);抗VCA-IgA与抗EBNA1-IgA、抗EBNA1-IgA与抗EBNA1-IgG、血清总IgA与抗VCA-IgA、总IgG与抗VCA-IgG、总IgA与总IgG、总IgM与总IgG水平之间均存在正相关(r分别为0.113、0.241、0.228、0.228、0.433和0.362,P<0.05)。结论广州地区成年女性99.7%存在EB病毒既往感染。随着年龄增长,抗VCA-IgA阳性率逐渐增高,而抗EBNA1-IgG OD值则逐渐下降。抗EB病毒抗体水平间存在一定的相关性,有助于鼻咽癌等疾病筛检时联合指标的选择。
Objective To investigate the serum immunoglobulin levels and the age-related distribution of anti-EBV VCA / EBNA1 IgA and IgG antibodies in adult women in Guangzhou. Methods Serum samples from 309 healthy volunteers in Guangzhou were collected and serum immunoglobulin levels, anti-EBV VCA / EBNA1 IgA and IgG antibody levels were measured by turbidimetric assay and ELISA respectively. Results The positive rates of VCA-IgA, anti-VCA-IgG, anti-EBNA1-IgA and anti-EBNA1-IgG in adult women in Guangzhou were 14.6%, 92.2%, 3.2% and 99.7% respectively. The positive rate of anti-VCA-IgA was positively correlated with age (r = 0.163, P = 0.004). The anti-EBNA1-IgG OD value was negatively correlated with age (r = -0.178, P = 0.020). Correlation analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between anti-EBNA1-IgA and serum total IgG level (r = -0.154, P = 0.008). Anti-VCA-IgA and anti-EBNA1- There was a positive correlation between anti-EBNA1-IgG, total serum IgA and anti-VCA-IgA, total IgG and anti-VCA-IgG, total IgA and total IgG, total IgM and total IgG (r = 0.113,0.241,0.228, 0.228, 0.433 and 0.362, P <0.05). Conclusion 99.7% of adult women in Guangzhou have previous infection with Epstein-Barr virus. With age, the positive rate of anti-VCA-IgA gradually increased, while the anti-EBNA1-IgG OD value decreased gradually. There is a certain correlation between the levels of anti-Epstein-Barr virus antibodies, which is helpful for the selection of joint indexes when screening diseases such as nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
