钢铁次品材市场具有典型的“柠檬”市场特性,由于信息不对称,钢铁企业次品材市场失灵,导致逆向选择和道德风险。本文运用信息经济学的相关理论,对钢铁次品材市场进行了分析,提出了通过合约的设计与制度的安排改进钢铁企业次品材市场,提高次品材市场交易效率的思路,并应用实际案例进行了检验。作者认为,对钢材次品采取分选和分级定价、随机出库和网上竞价销售等办法,可以改进信息不对称状态,提高交易效率,在实践中也取得了理想效果。
Steel sub-material market has a typical “lemon” market characteristics, due to asymmetric information, steel sub-market failure, leading to adverse selection and moral hazard. Based on the theory of information economics, this paper analyzes the steel sub-material market, puts forward the idea of improving the sub-material market of steel enterprises and improving the trading efficiency of the sub-material market through the contract design and system arrangement, The case was tested.
