领导者如何行使权力在一定程度上决定领导的效能,它不仅是一门科学,而且更是一门艺术。领导者与被领导者的关系是对立统一的。根据被领导者的准备就绪程度,可以将被领导者划分为既不能胜任工作又不情愿工作、虽然能力不足但积极性较高、有工作能力却不愿意干工作、既有能力又愿意做工作等四种类型,作为一个领导者应有总揽全局的魄力。
