沙南油田19#混输泵站于2007年投产,承担着将沙丘3井区的10#站、沙102井区的19#站、20#站共43口油井的气液混输至17#站的任务。为解决由于气液分离形成段塞流而造成混输泵定子橡胶干磨损坏的问题,对原有工艺流程进行了优化改造。改造后的流程很大程度上解决了单螺杆混输泵定子橡胶干磨的问题,在设备维护、油气回收、降低成本等方面取得了非常好的效果,创造了较大的经济效益,也减少了安全隐患。
