本文报告两例肾移植病人并发上消化道糜烂和溃疡,均经内窥镜检查才确诊为巨细胞病毒感染。巨细胞病毒包涵体病常发生在全身情况衰竭以及应用免疫抑制剂治疗的患者。
This article reports two cases of renal transplant patients complicated by upper gastrointestinal erosion and ulcers, were diagnosed as endocytosis cytomegalovirus infection. Cytomegalovirus inclusions often occur in patients with systemic failure and immunosuppressant therapy.
