4月27日,风靡全球的《猫》剧几经周折终于在北京上演了,最高票价达1680元,开创了新中国演出史上的“天价”。更有甚者,全世界有“猫”迷看过700多场。到底是什么原因使音乐剧《猫》的演出如此成功呢?用北京舞蹈学院中国音乐剧研究中心专家文硕的话来说,《猫》剧的成功与其说是在艺术创造上,不如说是在市场营销推广上。换句话说,《猫》剧成功的运作模式超过了其本身的艺术价值。而其独特的营销策略,恰恰是《猫》剧魅力经久不衰的制胜法宝。
