河南省潢川县是两次头戴“国贫县”帽子的革命老区县,然而就是这样一个贫困县,身担扶贫重任的县扶贫办却硕鼠成窝。2014年,潢川县人民检察院查办了县扶贫办主任高中亮、扶贫办原主任柳贤斌等10人贪污贿赂窝案串案,涉及科级干部5人。2015年1月22日,因个人贪污受贿130多万元、单位受贿200万多元的高中亮,被法院判处有期徒刑12年。
Huangchuan County, Henan Province, is a revolutionary old district county where “national poor counties and hats” are worn twice. In 2014, the Huangchuan County People’s Procuratorate investigated ten cases of corruption and bribery involving Gao Liang, director of the County Poverty Alleviation Office and Liu Xianbin, former director of the Poverty Alleviation Office, involving five section-level cadres. January 22, 2015, because of personal corruption bribed more than 1.3 million yuan, bribery units more than 200 million yuan of high school, was sentenced to 12 years in prison.
