政工工作是企业管理工作的重要组成部分,是电力企业领导人员必须高度重视的内容。在工作中,通常都是通过招聘合格的政工工作人员、转变内部职工固有观念以及创新管理机制的方式来树立员工正确、科学的工作态度、人生观以及价值观,为企业可持续发展提供可靠的思想保障。从电力企业政工工作中存在的问题入手,结合社会发展现状提出了有关应对策略。
