伴随我国经济的不断发展,加上我国医疗制度的改革,国家对于医疗卫生事业的建设愈加重视,因为公立医院承担着我国大部分社会公共卫生工作,一直以来都是由国家投资建立,资产属于公有制。当前新的医疗政策改革的目的在于不断推进公立医院固定资产管理水平的提高以及继续提升公立医院的医疗卫生服务水平,随着政府对医院医疗的投入不断加大,可以看出国家对于医疗事业的重视,所以只有做到对公立医院固定资产公正、全面、真实的评估,才能保障公立医院创造更多的社会效益,真正提升综合实力。
With the continuous development of our economy and the reform of our medical system, the state pays more attention to the construction of medical and health undertakings. Since public hospitals undertake most of the public health work in our country, they have always been established by state investment and their assets belong to public ownership . At present, the purpose of the new medical policy reform is to continuously promote the improvement of the management level of fixed assets in public hospitals and continue to improve the level of medical and health services in public hospitals. As the government’s investment in hospital medical services continues to increase, Therefore, only by making a fair, comprehensive and true assessment of fixed assets in public hospitals can we ensure that public hospitals create more social benefits and truly enhance their overall strength.
