并非每个汽车厂商都能将技能大赛当作人才培养战略长期坚持,尤其是自主品牌。而自2002年以来,奇瑞汽车的售后服务技能竞赛已经举办了10届。10届大赛走过了“一纪”的轮回,改变的是奇瑞不断提升售后服务水平,而不变的是“用心为客户”的至诚之心,一如最初。从这里诞生,从这里起航1999年12月18日,奇瑞第一台整车在安徽芜湖呱呱坠地,标志着奇瑞这匹自主品牌“黑马”的诞生。2014年11月17日,奇瑞汽车满载着客户的满意和业内的赞誉好评,将意义非凡的第10届售后服务技能竞赛总决赛的地点选在这里,可谓“荣归故里”。
