上海市1995年成立了上海市医疗保险局,为了积极稳妥推进医疗保障制度改革,最近,上海市政府颁布了《上海市城镇企业职工住院医疗保险暂行办法》,上海市卫生局、市医疗保险局、市劳动局、市财政局发出《关于重申公费医疗、劳保医疗规定的通知》等文件。现将有关内容摘登如下。
Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Medical Insurance was established in 1995. In order to actively and steadily promote the reform of the medical insurance system, Shanghai Municipal Government recently promulgated the Interim Measures on Medical Insurance for Inpatient Hospitalization of Shanghai Urban and Town Enterprises, and the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Health Insurance Municipal Labor Bureau and Municipal Finance Bureau issued the “Notice on Reaffirming Medical Expenses for Medical Expenses and Labor Insurance Medical Insurance” and other documents.
