目的:探讨尿道I期修复在球部尿道损伤治疗中的价值。方法:2003年6月~2005年11月我院收治7例男性球部尿道损伤,均在48h内行血肿清除,尿道吻合修复。结果:术后3周拔除尿管,随访1年排尿畅,平均最大尿流率22.3ml/s,无一例出现尿道狭窄。结论:球部尿道损伤行I期吻合术,可避免尿道狭窄发生,治疗效果好。
Objective: To investigate the value of urethral I repair in the treatment of urethral injuries in the bulb. Methods: From June 2003 to November 2005, 7 cases of male urethral injuries were treated in our hospital. All patients underwent hematoma clearance and urethral anastomosis repair within 48 hours. Results: The catheter was removed 3 weeks after operation. The patients were followed up for 1 year and the average maximal uroflow rate was 22.3ml / s. No urethral stricture occurred. Conclusion: The urethral injury of the urethra is performed with stage I anastomosis to avoid the occurrence of urethral stricture, and the treatment effect is good.
