一、概述在各种燃用天然气、煤气、重油、柴油和煤粉的工业窑炉和锅炉的生产运行中,由于操作不当或炉膛意外熄火,使炉膛内可燃物质与空气混合的浓度达到爆炸极限时,遇到明火就会发生爆炸或者爆燃,造成炉墙倒塌,受热件损坏,火焰外喷,严重威胁炉子周围设施和操作人员的人身安全。部份可燃物质与空气混合时的爆炸浓度极限列于表1。表1 部份可燃物质与空气混合时的爆炸浓度极限
I. INTRODUCTION In the production and operation of various industrial kilns and boilers burning natural gas, gas, heavy oil, diesel and pulverized coal, the concentration of combustible materials in the furnace mixed with air reaches the explosion limit due to improper operation or accidental flameout of the furnace, When encountered in the open flame explosion or deflagration, resulting in the collapse of the furnace wall, damaged by the heat, flame spray, a serious threat to the facilities around the stove and the operator’s personal safety.
