简易煤气锻造加热炉,因其优点而被锻造车间广泛采用。但是,该炉型普遍没有安装安全防爆装置,因此,在运行过程中,一旦停炉或操作不当,就有可能发生爆炸,造成设备或人身事故。根据实践经验表明,简易煤气炉发生爆炸的部位,一般在风机、炉膛、烟道、烟囱底部以及炉箅下方等处。上述部位,除炉箅下方外,一般在操作上比较容易控制。例如,炉膛和烟道的爆炸,多发生在冷炉升炉到点燃煤气这段时间。所以,只要在升炉前将炉膛烘烤到650℃左右,或敞开炉门进行升炉。至于烟道,只要保持干燥、畅通,使烟道具有足够的抽力,即可防止爆
